Can you copy a competitor sample?
We can match last, material and look as ODM. We do not copy registered logos or branded hardware.
How do you handle quality complaints?
Report within 15 days of arrival with photos and quantity. We replace or credit confirmed factory defects on the next order.
Do you make Arabic sandals?
Yes. Arabic sandals and palm slippers are a core line for Middle East and North Africa importers.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
FOB Guangzhou / Shenzhen is standard. CIF can be quoted once destination port and volume are known.
Can you do custom packaging?
Yes — shoe box, dust bag, tissue, hangtag and barcode according to your artwork.
What are the payment terms?
Typical terms are 30% deposit to start production and 70% before loading. Other terms can be discussed for repeat orders.
Do you provide pre-production samples?
Yes. A PPS is required before bulk cutting. Sampling is typically 7 days plus courier time.
Can I mix colors in one style?
Yes, after sampling. Color mix is confirmed on the PI so cutting tickets stay accurate.
Which markets do you ship to?
We regularly ship to the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Russia and Southeast Asia. We work with long-term freight partners for FCL and LCL.
Do you offer OEM and private label?
Yes. We customize last, upper, logo, insole, box, dust bag and hangtags for importers.
What is the production lead time?
Bulk lead time is 25–35 days after deposit and pre-production sample approval.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling usually takes 7 days after we confirm last, material and color. Courier time is extra.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 500 pairs per style, or 300 pairs for sandals. Mixed colors within one style are possible after sampling.
