Before you ask
What is your MOQ?
MOQ is 500 pairs per style (300 for sandals). We cannot accept orders below MOQ. This ensures efficient production runs and competitive pricing.
How long does sampling take?
Sampling takes approximately 7 days from receipt of your brief or reference sample. Rush sampling may be available for an additional fee.
What is the bulk production lead time?
Bulk production runs 25-35 days after deposit and PPS (Pre-Production Sample) approval. The exact timeline depends on order quantity and complexity.
Do you offer private label and custom packaging?
Yes. We provide custom logo branding, insole printing, and full private label packaging including boxes, dust bags, and hangtags.
What Incoterms do you support?
We ship FOB, CIF, and EXW. Both FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) are available to the Middle East, Africa, Central Asia, Russia, and Southeast Asia.
