When you send a quote request we process: company name, contact name, work email, WhatsApp or phone number (if provided), country/market, product or model of interest, quantity, message, and technical metadata (page URL, page title, language, referrer, IP address and approximate time of submission).

We do not ask for payment-card data on this website. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use this information to reply to wholesale inquiries, prepare quotations, arrange sampling, fulfil orders, and keep a record of buyer communications.

Our factory and primary servers are in China. By submitting an inquiry you acknowledge that your data will be processed in China. We limit access to staff who need it to answer your request and we apply standard commercial safeguards (access control, TLS in transit, mailbox authentication).

Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of your data. We may need to verify that the request comes from the same business contact.
