Process
The China sourcing process, step by step
JIJIA.GZ is an OEM sourcing partner in Guangzhou. Styles are developed and sampled here; partner factories complete bulk. Buyers can review samples in the showroom and visit the line by appointment.
- Inquiry — send style type, reference photos or a sample, target market, quantity, logo needs and destination port. We reply within one business day with feasibility and next steps.
- Development brief — confirm last, upper/sole materials, colors, size run and packing. We flag what we can and cannot do for that last and tooling.
- Sampling — about 7 working days after the brief is locked (excluding courier). You review fit, materials and branding.
- PPS (pre-production sample) — approve the production reference before bulk. Photo-only listings are not a production confirmation.
- Bulk — typically 25–35 days after deposit and PPS approval. We coordinate four-stage QC with partner factories and share photo/video updates when requested.
- Inspection & ship — AQL-style checks before sealing when the order needs them. FOB Guangzhou / Shenzhen is common; CIF and EXW are quoted per program. FCL and LCL both available.

Who this sourcing path is for
Importers, wholesalers and private-label brands that need wholesale MOQ, not a single custom pair. Typical first programs are sandals/slippers (MOQ 300) or casual shoes (MOQ 500) for the Middle East, Africa, Russia, Central Asia or Southeast Asia.
We do not take retail consumer orders, dropship one-offs, or programs below published MOQ. If you already buy from China, bring your last program details so we can quote against a real baseline.
Terms
MOQ, shipping and documents
MOQ is 500 pairs per style per color. Sandals are 300 pairs. We do not publish a fixed FOB price list. The quote follows your spec, materials and packing.
Loading ports used for these programs are Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Export documents can be coordinated for the destination. REACH, third-party lab tests or a factory visit are arranged when that order needs them. We do not claim a certificate the order does not include.
AQL-based inspection reports can be prepared before shipment. You confirm quality before the container is sealed.

Approve the PPS sample before bulk starts. A photo listing is not a production confirmation. If you are in Guangzhou, book the Baiyun showroom and compare styles before you commit quantity.
